“I paid and the report page shows the questions again.” That happens on a different device or after browser data was cleared — the report builds from answers saved on the device that ran the checker. Run the same questions on the report page (two minutes) and the full report builds. Nothing extra is charged; the page is yours.
“My bank still said no.” The report never promised a yes — lenders decide, and the denial letter is now the document that matters. You have the right to the specific reasons in writing: ask within 60 days (the letter is in the report), then run the reason through the decoder. If the reason is a record problem, it will be in your fix sequence; if it is revenue, time, or debt, the honest answer is in the report too.
